National e-Invoice System at POSbistro
In 2026, the National e-Invoice System will become a mandatory system for issuing invoices. At POSbistro, we are actively working on integration with the National e-Invoice System so that our customers can seamlessly process structured invoices within our system.
The National e-Invoice System is a platform of the Ministry of Finance, which from 2026 will become a mandatory system for most Polish companies – including the HoReCa sector, from individual cafes to large restaurant chains.
The main task of the KSeF is to manage so-called structured invoices (their issuance, receipt, and secure archiving). The process of implementing the new regulations has been phased in, but ultimately, almost every entrepreneur will be required to use documents with a unique, digital identification number.
At POSbistro, we're committed to ensuring that upcoming regulations don't hinder your work. We're developing our functionalities to ensure full legal compliance while maintaining ease of use. Integration with the KSeF system will be implemented in both the sales application and the Administration Panel.
