Since 2012, POSbistro has been supporting both owners and employees of catering establishments in their daily tasks. For over a decade, we have been developing our own POS software, helping restaurant owners and their teams in their daily management.
Our focus is not only on technologies, but above all on people – their development, competences and commitment.

What does the recruitment process look like at POSbistro?
Our recruitment process varies depending on the department you are applying for, but typically consists of a few consistent steps:
- Online Application – Complete the form and attach your CV
- Application verification – Our team checks whether your qualifications meet the job requirements.
- First recruitment interview – Online or telephone meeting.
- Second recruitment interview – Live meeting in our office.
- Decision – We will inform you about the recruitment result within 14 days of the interview.
Can I apply for more than one position?
Yes, you can apply for as many positions as you like that match your qualifications and interests.
Do you offer remote work?
Depending on the position, however, most roles are designed for hybrid work (50/50). Some positions require more frequent office presence. Detailed information on the form of work can be found in each job description.

What does onboarding new employees look like?
