The declaration of an epidemic threat in Poland is associated with restrictive regulations regarding sales in catering establishments. The Regulation of the Minister of Health of 13 March 2020 states that a temporary restriction on the conduct of business by entrepreneurs is introduced (§ 5. 1. 1) a):

"consisting in the preparation and serving of meals and drinks to guests sitting at tables or to guests choosing their own dishes from a displayed menu, consumed on site (included in the Polish Classification of Activities in subclass 56.10.A), excluding the provision of services consisting in the preparation and serving of takeaway food or its preparation and delivery, as well as restaurant or bar activities conducted in means of transport, performed by separate entities."

Delivery applications

Many restaurants are currently switching to delivery or takeout. What apps can you use as part of our promotion?

DirectBistro – an app that lets your customers browse menus and place orders online. DirectBistro allows you to view detailed dish descriptions, photos, and prices at specific dining locations. The app is available for Android and iOS and can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store.

POSdriver – an app that helps streamline the work of your couriers. It allows you to create trips based on pre-made orders, navigate drivers, collect payments, and generate detailed reports on driver activity and revenue. The on-site crew also has constant visibility into the driver's current location, which helps estimate the next delivery time. The app is perfect for chains of locations and works with Android phones.

POScaller – an application for quickly receiving orders placed by phone. POScaller allows you to synchronize your phone with your tablet, so each incoming call is also displayed on the screen and shows the waiter the contact information and order history of the customer currently placing the order. The application works on Android phones.
