Does the POSbistro virtual cash register guarantee the security of sales records?
Absolutely! Our POSfiscal virtual cash register software has passed the certification process and, by an official decision of the President of the Central Office of Measures (GUM), has been introduced into circulation as legal sales recording software.
The POSfiscal virtual cash register meets all technical requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of May 26, 2020, on cash registers in the form of software.
This is a fully secure and certified sales recording software that connects via the Internet to the Central Cash Register Repository (CRK) run by the Head of the National Tax Administration and sends current information on completed transactions.
In accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance, cash registers in the form of software may be used in the hotel and catering industry.
What equipment does the virtual cash register work on and how do I print receipts?
The POSfiscal virtual cash register for restaurants can be installed on internet-enabled mobile devices, such as Sunmi devices, specifically the V3 Mix and V3 models. These multifunctional devices can print receipts and handle contactless payments. Additionally, they feature touchscreens for operating the POSbistro system and a SIM card slot, allowing for continuous internet connectivity.
We do not recommend installing the POSfiscal cash register on tablets – they can be used as peripheral devices with the POSbistro system, connected to the above-mentioned Sunmi devices, acting as a cash register and printing receipts.

Is the All-in-One virtual cash register subject to periodic inspections and replacement of cash registers?
Traditional cash registers in the form of a physical fiscal device (so-called hardware) are subject to replacement once the fiscal memory is full – the entrepreneur must purchase new fiscal equipment to continue recording sales.
The virtual cash register from POSbistro is in the form of software and does not require periodic inspections every 2 years and mandatory replacement approximately every 5 years (after the fiscal memory is exhausted). You do not have to incur additional costs related to inspections and replacement of the fiscal device, as in the case of a traditional cash register!
In order to fiscalize the cash register, the POSbistro Implementation Department contacts the customer and sends them a fiscalization form. On its basis, the cash register is fiscalized, i.e. the first transfer of data between the online virtual cash register and the Central Cash Register Repository ("CRK"). At this time, the cash register transfers data about itself and the cash register owner to CRK, receiving an assigned registration number in return.
What payment options are available for the POSbistro system?
We offer a flexible subscription model that allows you to pay monthly, quarterly, or annually. This is convenient because it allows for easy suspension of service in the case of seasonal business activities.
Is the cost of the system equipment included in the monthly subscription fee?
The recurring subscription does not include the price of the POSbistro hardware. The All in One system operates on multifunctional devices that have the ability to print fiscal receipts – all that's needed to legally record sales, in compliance with the latest regulations (updating current data to the CRK).

For what period is the contract concluded and what are the rules for its termination?
The license agreement is signed for an indefinite period. The standard terms and conditions apply. one-month notice period.
I run a seasonal business. Do I have to pay the full subscription fee for the entire year?
Absolutely not. For seasonal restaurants, after ceasing sales at the premises, we suggest suspending the sales module while maintaining data. The subscription fee is significantly reduced during this time. We retain full access to your data, allowing us to immediate resumption of sales in the next season without re-implementation.
Are there any additional costs for system updates or maintenance?
No. All of them current updates (including adaptation to changes in the law) and maintaining the stability of the system are included in the subscription priceThe only additional cost at the beginning of cooperation is a one-time activation fee of PLN 99 net (or PLN 199 net for AiO + Delivery), added to the first subscription payment.
What does the All-in-One System implementation process look like?
After purchase, our Customer Service representative will contact you to discuss implementation details.
We suggest you begin by reviewing the materials in our Knowledge Base and POSbistro Academy, which will allow you to independently enter menus, add employee accounts, and create inventory. We recommend taking advantage of our automated online training, not only for the owner but also for the staff. Individual online training is also available, included in the package.
We then recommend optimizing your internet network according to our recommendations, which are posted below. HERE. The customer can count on the help of the Technical Department and Customer Service Office at every stage - if you have any questions, please contact us by phone or email.
How much time should be allocated for full implementation and learning?
Technically, you can start selling in one dayHowever, to fully utilize the system's potential and ensure crew comfort, we recommend allocating about two weeksThis is the optimal time to familiarize yourself with all the system's functions.
Can the POSbistro system work when I do not have internet access?
To use POSbistro you do not need permanent internet access in your premises, although it is recommended.
An internet connection is required when logging into the app, at the beginning of using it on a given day. However, data collected on the tablet during sales will be automatically sent to the cloud database as soon as the device is back in range of the internet. Remember, however: to keep up with sales statistics, constant internet access is required, because the administration panel is accessible via a web browser.
Lack of Internet will result in the inability to use certain functions, such as online ordering, loyalty programs, or invoicing.
Can I change the package or form of payment during the contract?
Yes. To change the package or form of settlement, it is best to contact your sales representative or the POSbistro Contracts department.
