Club Studio is one of the most modern clubs in Poland. Its multifunctionality and flexibility of interiors allow for the organization of various events, such as concerts, stage performances, discos and conferences.

Over 170 events take place here every year, and the club's walls are visited by tens of thousands of music fans.

Klub Studio is not only an event space, the building also houses a bistro and an original brewery, awarded many times in domestic and foreign competitions.

During concerts and discos, Klub Studio is visited by crowds of guests, which is why the owners opted for the POSbistro system, which supports them in the efficient execution of such a large number of orders.

Club employees are able to open up to 8 sales stations simultaneously and process up to 300 bills per hour, because printing a receipt takes only 30 seconds!

For the needs of the Studio Club in POSbistro, a deposit system has been introduced - customers borrow reusable plastic cups, and later return them to the bar, receiving a refund of the deposit paid. ♻️This system also allows to reduce the amount of waste generated.

#️⃣ Sales analysis and employee schedule
Thanks to sales reports in POSbistro, the bar manager can more easily arrange the schedule for upcoming events and stock the bar more precisely, based on information about what sold best at similar events.
