Instructions for updating POSbistro
This is the preferred method for updating the POSbistro software for customers who have access to the Google Play Store on their devices. By downloading the app this way, you can be sure that subsequent updates will be automatically implemented on your devices. Below are three simple steps to efficiently and safely update the current version of the POSbistro app (if you already have the current version, an update is not necessary).
By clicking on the button below "Download POSbistro from Google Play", you will be redirected to the POSbistro page in the Google Play Store. Press the "Update".
Note: Before starting the system update, make sure that the "Information” that all data has been correctly transferred to the server. Also prepare your current login details (login and password), which will be required when launching the new version of the POSbistro application for the first time.
Please read the regulations by moving all sliders to the "YES”, then confirm your acceptance by clicking the “I agree".
Read the information about the permissions granted to the application and accept them:
1. When asked about access to take photos and record videos, select the "WHILE USING THE APPLICATION".
2. When asked about location access, select the "WHILE USING THE APPLICATION".
3. When asked about access to photos and multimedia, select the "ALLOW".

This is a manual method of updating the POSbistro software, intended for customers who do not have access to the Google Play store. or Sunmi App StoreThe file always contains the latest version of POSbistro. This option is also available to customers who want to update their system before the current version appears in the Google Play Store.
By clicking on the " button on the websiteDownload the update file”, the update will start downloading.
If you see the message “The file may be harmful”, press “Download anyway"
Note: Before updating the system, check the "Information” whether all data has been sent to the server. Also, have your current login and password ready to log in to the new version.
The file will be downloaded to your device, and you will be notified with the message "File downloaded." Then select the option "Open it up. "
If the message is hidden, go to the folder "Downloaded files” in your browser and select the file named “posbistro.apk"
If the message “For security reasons, unknown applications from this source cannot be installed on your tablet” appears on the screen, go to “SETTINGS"
Then activate the option “Allow from this source ” by moving the slider to the right.
A message about updating the POSbistro application will appear on your tablet screen, press the "INSTALL".
After a successful update, the new version of the POSbistro app will appear on your tablet's desktop. To launch it, simply click the icon and enter your current login details.
