POSbistro works on mobile devices, so after taking an order, waiters can automatically send it to the kitchen on a voucher or chef's screen (KDS). When the dish is ready for collection, the waiter receives a notification on a tablet or smartphone. Efficient sale and order fulfillment speeds up table turnover.
Convenient bill settlement and splitting
A group of several customers wants to split the bill? Or maybe someone wants to split the cost of one dish in half? With POSbistro, that's no problem! The waiter can easily move selected items to a separate bill and efficiently settle a large order.
Any modifications made to the order automatically recalculate its price. The waiter can add a few extras, divide the pizza in half, or select a larger portion – all of these changes will be immediately reflected in the final price.
POSbistro also allows for settling deposits, which is particularly useful for venues renting out plastic cups during mass events, such as concerts or discos. In turn, the combined menu item allows for automatically adding an item from the menu to the bill – this could be, for example, the cost of packaging, making it easier to settle the number of used packaging for the purposes of the SUP directive.
Place orders even without internet access!
POSbistro enables full sales even in the event of an internet failure. All data is saved on the device, and after reconnecting to the network, it is sent to the server. This function allows sales to be conducted outside the premises, e.g. in the garden, on the beach, or on an additional floor.

We want to meet the needs of all types of catering, which is why our system has several special ordering modes to facilitate sales in pizzerias, ice cream parlors, and even sports and hotel facilities.
For pizzerias
Pizza sales have their own rules! This dish can have many variants, and is often eaten by a group of customers. We have designed a pizza module especially for pizzerias, i.e. a special view of the menu items on the sales tablet. This option definitely makes it easier and faster to configure pizza. It offers the possibility of choosing pizza variants and sizes and choosing toppings. It allows you to mark how many pieces the pizza should be divided into, and also makes it easier to calculate the price.
For ice cream parlors
In ice cream parlors, one main product dominates, and it is served in various versions. In addition to the taste of the ice cream, the way it is served is also important (on the spot, in a wafer or cup) and various additions, such as sprinkles, toppings or fruit. All these elements affect the final price.
In POSbistro, you can easily configure a specific ice cream parlor menu. A product with toppings is a menu item that displays a few steps to the employee when filling an order. The seller selects the type of serving, number of scoops, flavors and toppings, and the system automatically calculates the price of the order. This helps avoid mistakes if the price of a scoop changes with the number of scoops, e.g.: one portion costs PLN 4, two portions PLN 7, and three portions PLN 9.
The system also helps control product losses (e.g. thrown-away wafers) and weigh ice cream portions, so that employees do not sell overweight portions – over a month, this can mean losses of even several thousand!
For temporary services (playrooms, swimming pools)
POSbistro makes it easy to bill for time-based services, such as using the swimming pool, sauna, SPA zone or children's playroom. You can do this using the so-called time product, which is a menu element that allows you to charge a rate per minute, hour or day. The fee for such a service can be charged both in advance and after the service has been provided.

Modifying orders
Receive and modify orders instantly
Easily and quickly modify items on your bill, e.g. change the milk in your coffee to soy milk, specify the degree of doneness of a steak, divide a pizza or choose toppings. It is also possible to add information about delivery, payment method or type of order (takeaway, pre-order) to the order.
When searching for a specific order, we can sort the list of invoices by name, time of last modification or amount to be paid.
Earn more with automatic upselling!
The Recommendation Module for additional products is your way to increase sales in your restaurant. Propose a list of products that go well with selected dishes and transfer it to the system.
When waiters are filling selected items, they will see a notification window to suggest a specific product. This sales system can help increase profits by up to 30%!
Manage tables and rooms in your venue!
Recreate the restaurant plan in POSbistro, assigning the number of tables to each room. The Tables module allows you to reproduce the size, shape and layout of tables in the room on the tablet screen, as well as give them numbers, names or assign the number of chairs. Settlement of payments and issuing invoices based on orders assigned to tables will make the work of waiters much easier.

Reservation management
The Reservations module in POSbistro allows you to create and manage reservations both from the sales application (which waiters have access to) and from the Administration Panel for the owner.
The system allows you to add notes to your reservation, assign a table, specify the number of people and change the status of your reservation. Notifications about upcoming reservations also help organize the work of your venue. You can set how many minutes before the start of your reservation, you want to see a notification about upcoming guest visits on the sales tablet.
In the bookmark Reservations, which shows all information about planned visits entered into the system – the waiter can view current, completed and cancelled reservations at any time.

Telephone order management
Integration of the telephone with the POS system
Connect your restaurant's phone to your tablet's POS system and speed up order processing. POScaller allows you to display every incoming call on both your phone and tablet with POSbistro.
If a regular customer places an order, their contact details and order history will be displayed on the screen, which will help the waiter to make a new order, send it to the kitchen or give it to the driver for delivery. Integration reduces the risk of error, because the employee does not have to write down the customer's details and order on a piece of paper every time.
Create your own customer base
POScaller allows you to create a database of your own customers. The database can contain information such as contact details for delivery, customer order history and the total amount spent in the establishment.
Automatic communication with the kitchen
Information about the placed order is automatically sent to the kitchen display, so the chef can quickly start preparing the dish.
Communicator
The application has an internal messenger that allows the sending of text messages between staff using sales tablets.

In POSbistro, orders are automatically sent to the cook, who can mark their status as “in progress” and “served”. A notification about an order ready for collection appears immediately on the waiter's tablet, which significantly speeds up the process of serving dishes, and thus improves table rotation!
Orders can also be sent as vouchers, which will be printed on a voucher printer. In addition to the standard information, the orders also contain any additional modifications and any notes for the chef.

All in One Virtual Cash Register for Gastronomy
The All in One virtual cash register for restaurants on Sunmi devices is the latest solution from POSbistro, which combines the functionality of a POS system, an online fiscal printer and a payment terminal.
The POSfiscal virtual cash register from POSbistro is a solution certified by the Ministry of Finance for legal sales registration in the catering industry. The cash register is in the form of software and can be installed on mobile devices.

KSeF for gastronomy at POSbistro
The National e-Invoice System (KSeF) is the central IT system of the Ministry of Finance, which from 2026 covers the vast majority of entrepreneurs in Poland – including owners of restaurants, bars, cafes and catering chains.
It is used to issue, send, receive, store, and archive so-called structured invoices. Introduction the obligation to use KSeF has been divided into several stages - after their entry into force, entrepreneurs will be obliged to use structured invoices that have a unique identification number generated electronically.
At POSbistro, we are actively preparing for this change to ensure full compliance with regulations and the simplest possible invoice management experience for our clients. Integration with KSeF will include both the sales application and the Administration Panel.

Let your guests pay their bills in the way most convenient for them! Thanks to our integration with payment systems, you can collect payments by card and phone anywhere in the premises and outside (e.g. in the garden, on the beach, or on an additional floor).
The amount to be paid appears automatically on the terminal, reducing the risk of the waiter making a mistake when entering the amount due.

Easily modify and split bills
Split your bill payment and let your customers pay with several different payment cards, or one part by card and the other part by cash.

Delivery Module
POSbistro has a Delivery module, which significantly improves the process of controlling orders in delivery. The manager can view a list of current and already settled deliveries, which include: customer address and data, account number, amount and its status (e.g. paid, received) and data of the driver executing the order. You can also set automatic charging for orders in delivery.
POSdriver driver app
Dedicated application for drivers POSdriver significantly speeds up deliveries and creates trips based on delivery addresses. Details of each order, such as the customer's phone number and address (which can be added to navigation), as well as the selected payment method, are sent to the driver's phone.
The driver has access to his own sales report, which makes it much easier for him to settle accounts at the premises at the end of the shift. The report contains a summary of payments depending on the type (card, cash, etc.), the number of bills and the number of trips, as well as a general summary.
The application works perfectly for chains and franchises because it optimizes the process of delivering orders from all locations simultaneously. Thanks to full integration with the POSbistro system, the owner of the location has access to detailed reports in the Administration Panel.
Additionally, integration with Google Maps allows the crew at the premises to track the driver's current location – this makes it easier to estimate the time of the next delivery. The application works on phones with the Android system.

Customer Facing Display
Provide customers with professional service and display information about their orders using the CFD module at the counter or in another visible place. The module can be installed on an additional tablet and directed towards the customer and displayed on it, for example:
- items on the account and their prices,
- photos and descriptions of dishes,
- amount to be paid.
In addition, you can enable a tipping option, which will allow customers to receive a notification whether they want to tip and, if so, how much (5%, 10% or 15%).
When sales are not in progress, a welcome screen is displayed on the tablet with the CFD module. It can be used for presentations and display, for example, photos of dishes or information about current promotions.
Own database
Build your own customer base and learn about their preferences – find out what they order most often, how much they spend and how often they come back to you. Distinguish new customers from returning customers and find out what the average bill value is in your establishment. Data storage will also allow you to issue VAT invoices quickly.
Customer loyalty programs
In POSbistro you can create your own loyalty program and customer cards! Cards can be operated by NFC readers, barcodes and QR codes, and beacons.

By entering a menu, you can connect it to the warehouse, then each item sold will update the stock status, and when products start to run out, the system will inform you about it!

All you need to do is create a recipe for them, and the system will calculate the cost of preparing the dish.
